What is the World Oyster Festival?
A yearly affair that usually tides in during July. During the month-long celebration, we fly in over 20 types of oysters. From a la carte orders to tasting platters, the impressive range draws a following of oyster fans from across our sunny island.
What will 2022 be like?
GFM’s decennial festival offers a unique one-stop oyster crawl opportunity for oyster lovers and amateurs alike. Guests can expect to pamper their palates with a diverse range of flavours with our fuss-free Oyster Tasting Platter (8 pairs of our chef’s selection, $109.95), or for the more experienced – choice of a la carte (minimum of 2 pieces per varietal per order).
Oysters will be available for dine-in, takeaways, and delivery at all GFM outlets.
