CNY Takeaways 2022

As Lo Hei season approaches, we’re primed and ready with our latest CNY takeaways, available from 18 Jab-18 Feb. Here’s a sneak preview of our featured highlights  –

Build-your-own seafood yu sheng by starting off with GFM’s Salmon Yu Sheng ($98) and personalize it with 11 seafood add-ons from extra servings of salmon to lavish Boston lobsters. Each set is good for 4-5 pax to share, inclusive of traditional condiments and Chef Alan’s homemade calamansi plum sauce.

Exclusively at Bukit Timah, GFM’s sold-out Christmas bestseller is back by popular demand as 1kg logs for 4-6 pax with your choice of Salmon ($98) or Beef Chateaubriand ($158). For other sharing options, try the newly launched Langoustine Platter ($88) in a ready-to-eat platter with cocktail sauce.
