These terms and conditions (“the Terms”) apply to www.greenwoodfishmarket.com (the Site) run by Greenwood Fish Market (“we”, “us” or “our”). Usage of the Site shall be deemed to be your awareness and acceptance of these Terms. Should you not wish to be bound by these Terms, please refrain from accessing the Site. Abuse of the Site will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to deactivate accounts without prior notice.

While Greenwood Fish Market strives to provide accurate and reliable information on the Site, we are not infallible and do not guarantee that the Site is free from errors or omissions. We reserve the right to update information on the Site without any obligation to notify past, current or prospective users. We do not guarantee that our Site will be secure or free from viruses and highly recommend the use of your own personal virus protection software as part of your responsibility as a user of the Site. You must not misuse our Site by knowingly introducing viruses or other malicious material nor attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or any server, computer or database connected to the Site.

If any part of these Terms is, at any time, found to be invalid by a court, tribunal or other forum of competent jurisdiction, or otherwise rendered unenforceable, that decision shall not invalidate or void the remainder of these Terms.

e-Commerce Terms and Conditions

The Service

Greenwood Fish Market operates an online grocery store through the Site which offers one or more of the following features and services (each a “Service” and collectively the “Services”) for the browsing and purchasing of our retail seafood products. All products sold by the Site are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions. By submitting your order for processing by Greenwood Fish Market, you confirm and affirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions in the form in which they appear at the time your order is submitted for processing. Following the submission of an order through the Site, Greenwood Fish Market will make a followup call to the customer to reconfirm the request. Free home delivery is available for orders exceeding $200. Upon request, orders below the stated limit can be delivered to your home at an additional charge of $25.

Usage of our e-Commerce section shall be deemed as awareness and agreement that the products purchased will not be used for any purpose for which they are not suitable and that you shall be responsible for using all necessary skill and care in handling and using the products. Your usage of the Site also means your acknowledgment and agreement that Greenwood Fish Market assumes no obligation or liability for any advice or information given with the products and that we shall not be responsible for any inaccuracy or misstatement of any such information. Products purchased shall be accepted by the Customer entirely at the Customer’s risk.


Availability of Service/ Products

Given the nature of our products, there are periods where certain items may be out of stock due to seasonal or shipment unavailability. Additionally, not all product sizes will correspond exactly to the description offered on the Site. Greenwood Fish Market aims to include up-to-date pictures of the products sold on its website. However, such pictures may vary from the products actually delivered at times.



The payment choices are either cash or credit card upon delivery or collection of the order. Where payment is made by credit card, you acknowledge agree and consent that your personal data such as your name and credit card number may be disclosed to third parties (located within and outside of Singapore) processing such credit card transactions, including credit card companies, banks and payment gateways, and, subject to their respective personal data privacy policies and applicable laws, may be used, processed and stored by such third parties to facilitate payments that you now or subsequently make for orders placed. We accept all credit cards except Diners. If the customer’s credit card is declined by its financial institution, Greenwood Fish Market reserves the right to refuse delivery of products to its customers.



Greenwood Fish Market does not offer refunds for any products sold but will offer to substitute products of identical value to make up for the initial product(s).
